My Story

“Taste comes first, then texture -- beauty follows.”

With 23 years of experience, I have grown into the Pastry Chef I have worked hard over the years to become. After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America, a majority of my professional experience was time well spent in restaurants and pastry shops in New York City.  I’ve also spent time in Boston, Connecticut, and Maryland working in establishments from small Relais & Chateaux properties to large casinos.  I have also spent close to two years working and traveling around Italy.  Most recently I spent time in the corporate world working for Meta.
